TBtheOncNP, LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on courses and memberships purchased through ONCO-TRIAGE™. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles returns and refunds.

• Visit paddle.net and use the receipt or order details from your confirmation email to submit a refund request, or
• Email us at hello@tbtheoncnp.com with your order number and we will help coordinate the refund with Paddle.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly membership at any time through your Paddle customer portal (linked in your receipt email). Cancellation stops future renewals; the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your most recent charge.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. It typically takes a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
