TBtheOncNP, LLC ("we", "us", "our") operates the ONCO-TRIAGE™ website and educational service (the "Service"). This Privacy Notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

TBtheOncNP, LLC is the data controller for personal data collected through the Service. You can reach us at hello@tbtheoncnp.com.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, and login credentials.
• Profile data: professional role (NP, PA, RN, etc.), specialty, and any details you choose to share.
• Support and communications: messages you send us, including questions submitted by email.
• Usage and telemetry: pages visited, lessons viewed, downloads, approximate device and browser information.
• Device identifiers and IP address: collected automatically for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.

Payment card details are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are not collected or stored by us.

3. Why we use your data and legal basis

• Provide the Service (creating your account, granting course access) — performance of a contract.
• Customer support (responding to your messages) — performance of a contract / legitimate interests.
• Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interests and legal obligation.
• Product improvement and analytics — legitimate interests.
• Marketing communications about new courses or resources — consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Compliance with law, tax, and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share your data with

• Service providers / subprocessors such as hosting, email delivery, analytics, and customer support tools, who process data on our behalf under written agreements.
• Merchant of Record (Paddle). Paddle acts as the seller of record for our courses and memberships and handles payment processing, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, and related customer service. See Paddle's privacy policy.
• Course / community platforms we may use to host lessons or a member community.
• Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where necessary.
• Authorities where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

6. Data retention

We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When data is no longer needed we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. We aim to respond to verified requests within one month. 8. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetting of subprocessors. No system is 100% secure, but we work to limit risk and to notify affected users where required by law.

9. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of essential cookies to run the site and, depending on the page, analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Where required by law, we will ask for your consent to non-essential cookies.

10. Children

The Service is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date.
